Installation and Usage Manual for Steel Pen Ink Reservoir
Step 1: Remove the pen barrel
At the connection between the pen barrel and tip, rotate counterclockwise to unscrew the barrel and reveal the ink reservoir interface at the back of the tip.
Step 2: Remove the old ink container (if available).
If there is an old ink cartridge or an empty ink cartridge inside the fountain pen, please gently pull it upwards vertically and discard it properly.
Step 3: Insert the new ink cartridge (key step)
Remove a new ink cartridge and confirm.Small opening facing downwardAlign with the interface at the back of the pen tip.
Push the ink cartridge vertically until you hear a click.A “click” soundIndicates that the ink cartridge has fully clicked into place.
Step 4: Reinstall the pen barrel
Align the pen barrel with the tip, rotate clockwise to screw it back into place, then tighten—no need to apply excessive force.
Step 5: Wait for ink to come out
A steel penTip pointing downwardsStand upright and keep still. 1–2 minutesallowing ink to flow naturally to the tip
Step 6: Confirm draft
Try writing several strokes on scrap paper; if it flows smoothly and doesn’t skip ink, you can use it normally.
